Brooklawn Police Arrest 23-Year-Old Suspect for Stealing Baby Formula from Shop Rite

BROOKLAWN NJ–On 10/28/2015 at 4:23 PM, Brooklawn Police were dispatched to the Brown\’s Shop Rite for the report of a male actively shoplifting in the store. Upon the arrival of the first officer, he observed the suspect physically fighting with store employees at the entrance. As the officer exited his patrol unit the suspect ran back into the store where a short foot pursuit took place prior to the suspect being tackled to the ground and taken into custody.
