Missing Juvenile Maybeli Jacillo Garcia from the 15th District Has Been Located

The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Maybeli Jacillo Garcia, 15. Maybeli was last seen at her home on Friday, September 26, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m.She is described as a Hispanic female, 4’0″ tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown eyes, long black hair, and a medium brown complexion. Her clothing description is unknown. Endangered Missing Person Yan Bin You from the 15th District

The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating endangered missing person Yan Bin You. She was last seen by her mother on September 30, 2025, at approximately 7:00 a.m. in the area of the 200 block of East Wellens Street. Her mother reported placing her on a SEPTA bus that morning, but she has not been seen since.Yan Bin You is 35 years old, stands 5’3” tall, weighs approximately 140 pounds, and has a medium build. She has brown eyes and black hair.
