Evelyn was born in Vienna, Austria and moved to the United States in her pre-teenage years. She graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. Evelyn was a self employed and gifted textile artist. She lived in many towns across Cumberland and Salem Counties and recently resided in Mount Laurel. GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP NJ–On Sunday September 20th at approximately 5:50 am, the Gloucester Township Police Department responded to the area of Thackery Court in the Terrestria development for a report of two people observed entering vehicles. Arriving officers located several vehicles that had been entered and began searching for the subjects.

One subject was located in the adjacent wooded area and fled from officers into a swampy area. While running, he discarded a bag containing a laptop computer and various electronic devices.
