On Monday, September 14, 2015 Chief Harry Earle will present six Officers to Mayor David Mayer to be ceremoniously promoted to the rank of Lieutenant of Police and Sergeant of Police.

The December snow storm was one of the worst in the last 10 years. Gloucester City was just about shut down and if wasn\’t for the county trucks plowing the county roads like Market Street there would have been no movement at all.
I started shoveling about 12 noon on Saturday and again at 5 pm and one more time at 10 pm .Even though it was still snowing I wanted to try to keep it down so I did not have to shovel 20\” in the morning. On Sunday morning I went out at 8am and began the tremendous task of clearing the side walk first. We live in the 400 unit block of Market Street. I started with my neighbor’s house as he is suffering from cancer and unable to take care of snow removal. I shoveled all the way down to 5th Street then turned towards Powell and shoveled about 40ft of the sidewalk. Bear in mind the section of sidewalk on 5th Street and on Powell Street is city sidewalk as it borders a city owned parking lot.

Cherry Hill, New Jersey-Rep Donald Norcross (NJ-01) today welcomed a U.S. military veteran to his District Office staff.
Adam Klein, a Clementon native, reports for duty today. Adam comes to the office from theWounded Warrior Project, a veterans fellowship program which helps injured service members aid one another.
Naturally, in his role at Rep. Norcross’ District Office in Cherry Hill, Adam will perform constituent casework specializing in veterans affairs. Adam will also engage with South Jersey veterans at local, county and state events to learn about issues important to them.

MULLICA TWP – A Mullica Township man was arrested for reckless manslaughter and lodged in jail yesterday, in connection with the shooting death of his wife at their home in 2014, Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain announced.
On May 26, 2014, at 9:24 a.m., the Mullica Township Police responded to 4901 Pleasant Mills Road for a 9-1-1 report of the shooting death of Lynn DeRosa, 57, of that address. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit also responded.

Cape May Court House, New Jersey – County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor and Chief Robert Regalbuto of the Wildwood Police Department announced the arrest of Chad B. Johnson, a 27 year old Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club Member, from Penfield Drive in Newark Delaware, for weapons offenses on Saturday September 12, 2015 during the Roar to the Shore Motor Cycle Rally held in Wildwood.
On the afternoon of Saturday, September 12, 2015, Detectives from the Cape May County Prosecutor\’s Office and Patrol Officers from the Wildwood Police Department observed approximately 100 members of the Wheels of Soul as they entered the City of Wildwood and proceeded to ride past the Binns Hotel located at 3900 Atlantic Avenue. A brief non-violent incident then occurred between the Wheels of Soul and the Pagan\’s Motor Cycle Clubs.
