WOODBURY NJ–Following an investigation by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office major crimes unit, Eric J. Windhurst (DOB 3/21/68), of National Park NJ was arrested on August 13, 2015 at his residence on charges that he had sexual contact with a child under age 13 in National Park four years ago.

 Bail on the charges of second-degree sexual assault and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child was set at $100,000. Windhurst was placed in the Salem County Jail in default of bail.

 THE SUSPECT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW

 Police said the truck was going so fast the Collingswood officer lost sight of it as he pulled out to follow. Police say the driver went through the traffic circle, lost control and struck one of the Hess gas pumps, knocking it over starting a small fire. 

 The officers arriving at the scene hit the emergency fuel stop switch and used fire extinguishers to control the flames. Firefighters arrived and quickly put out the fire. The accident is under investigation. The name of the driver wasn’t released.

Cape May Court House, New Jersey – Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor and Wildwood Police Chief Robert Regalbuto announce the arrest of Kahyyam Gales, 37 years old, of Wildwood NJ for the distribution of Heroin and Cocaine on August 13, 2015. 

This arrest was the conclusion of a cooperative investigation between the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force, the Wildwood Police Department Detective Division, the DEA and members of the FBI Safe Streets Task Force. 

Loving daughter of Clara Szumanski and the late Stanley. Beloved wife of Joseph A. for 37 years. Devoted mother of Joseph M. (Jennifer J.) and Kevin S. Dear daughter-in-law of Marian Fydrych and the late Joseph L. and sister-in-law of Garry Fydrych (Kathy). Also survived by many close friends and family members. 

Elaine was born and raised in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia and was a very talented child, singing, dancing, playing the piano and ukulele. She appeared on local children\’s TV shows in the 1950\’s and 60s like Chief Halftown and Happy the Clown. Later in life, Elaine discovered her love of the theater, acting and comedy. Elaine became affiliated with the Broadway theatre in Pitman, NJ and appeared in a number of productions there, starting with their opening production of Nunsense as Rev. Mother. She loved performing there and appeared in numerous shows such as: Vera in ‘Mame’, Mrs. Shinn in ‘Music Man’, Ms. Stephanie in ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’, Gypsy and Over the River and Through the Woods over the years.
