One Distributor Admits Role In Conspiracy To Sell Heroin In NJ, Another Sentenced To Prison

TRENTON, N.J. – One individual pleaded guilty and another was sentenced today in connection with their roles in a large-scale drug trafficking organization that distributed heroin in Ocean and Monmouth Counties, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.

Jason O’Neal, a/k/a \”Born,\” 42, of Farmingdale, New Jersey, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Peter G. Sheridan in Trenton federal court to an information charging him with one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin. Dawn Rosser, 35, of Lakewood, New Jersey, also appeared before Judge Sheridan today and was sentenced to 32 months in prison. Rosser pleaded guilty on April 21, 2015 to an information charging her with one count of conspiring to distribute heroin.

Illegal Alien Crime Wave in Texas: 611,234 Crimes, 2,993 Murders | Rule of Law

The murder of Kathryn Steinle on the Embarcadero in San Francisco by an illegal alien is the most familiar example of a crime committed by an alien. But an unreleased internal report by the Texas Department of Public Safety reveals that aliens have been involved in thousands of crimes in Texas alone, including nearly 3,000 homicides.

PJ Media obtained a never-before-released copy of a Texas DPS report on human smuggling containing the numbers of crimes committed by aliens in Texas. According to the analysis conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety, foreign aliens committed 611,234 unique crimes in Texas from 2008 to 2014, including thousands of homicides and sexual assaults.

The report describes an alien crime wave of staggering proportions exacerbated by federal officials unwilling to enforce immigration laws.

The Texas DPS report says well over 100,000 individual criminal aliens have been booked into Texas jails:

From October 2008 to April 2014, Texas identified a total 177,588 unique criminal alien defendants booked into Texas county jails. These individuals have been identified through the Secure Communities initiative, in which Texas has participated since October 2008.

Reminder for the week: Striped bass slot limit season
in effect through Aug. 31 in Delaware Bay and its tributaries

DOVER (July 24, 2015) – To achieve public compliance through education and enforcement actions that help conserve Delaware’s fish and wildlife resources and ensure safe boating and public safety, DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police officers between July 13-19 made 1,982 contacts with anglers, boaters, hunters and the general public, including 356 vessel boardings for boating safety and fishing regulation compliance checks. Officers responded to 99 complaints and issued 121 citations, three of which were related to the C&D Canal Conservation Area and associated recreational trail, where there is an increased Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police presence.
