CNB CRIME: New Castle County man, woman arrested by DNREC Natural Resources Police ECU over pepper spray incident

 

DOVER (July 17, 2015) – DNREC’s Natural Resources Police Environmental Crimes Unit arrested a New Castle County man and woman Thursday and charged them with reckless endangerment after an incident last month at a Newark apartment complex that left four people suffering from effects of pepper spray and drew emergency responders to the scene when first reported as a hazmat situation.
