Mrs. Margaret F. Kahlan, age 79, of Gloucester City, Longtime Member of St. Mary\’s Parish

 

Margaret F. \”Marge\” Kahlan, age 79 died on July 17, 2015 at the age of 79.. (nee Toussaint) In \"KahlanMarge\"the loving and devoted care of her husband of 61 years, Karl J. Kahlan. Cherished mother of Karl J. (Tamara) Kahlan, Jr. of Phoenix, Arizona and Kathy (Bob) Jentsch of Gloucester City. Devoted daughter of the late Herbert H. and Margaret Toussaint (nee O’Neill). Dear Sister of Patricia (Richard) Lucas of Southampton. Beloved grandmother of 4, step-grandmother of 3, great-grandmother of 5 and step-great-grandmother of 5.

Marge was born in Camden and was a longtime resident of Gloucester City. She was a 41 year parishioner of Saint Mary’s R.C. Church in Gloucester City and was an active and devoted member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas: Court Giese # 439 in Gloucester City. Marge was a doctors assistant for Dr. Lopresti, Allen and Miller in Haddon Heights. She was a volunteer at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in the Gift Shop since 2006.

 Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Marge’s Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 11 am at Saint Mary’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. There is No viewing nor visitation. Please meet directly at Church. 

Cremation and Inurnment in New Saint Mary’s Mausoleum, Bellmawr private.

Family requests memorial donations in Marge’s memory to Gloucester City
