The film runs about 90 minutes and focuses on several of the 31 Abbott districts — poorer, mostly urban districts, including Camden. \”When money is coming from the state, there is a disconnect between who gives the money and who spends the money. That\’s a waste. You can have 29 percent of that money being wasted, and it doesn\’t enrage people because it\’s coming from the state,\” Bob Bowdon producer.

FBI — Harrisburg Man Charged with Four Additional Bank Robberies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

HARRISBURG, PN—A Harrisburg man who pled guilty to the December 9, 2014 robbery of the Mid Penn Bank on North Front Street in Harrisburg has been charged with four additional bank robberies.

According to United States Attorney Peter Smith, Dylan Blum, age 22, has been charged in a four count Criminal Information that was filed in U.S. District Court in Harrisburg on Friday, July 10, 2015, charging him with the robberies of four banks in December of 2014 and January of 2015 in Northampton County, Pennsylvania and in New Jersey. Blum allegedly passed a threatening note to tellers at three of those robberies and attempted to rob another bank but was prevented by employees from entering that bank. Blum allegedly made off with a total of $5,788.00 from the three banks he was able to rob. Blum turned himself in to the Harrisburg Police department on January 3, 2015.

Second Annual Recycled Cardboard Boat Regatta Aug. 8 on Nanticoke River

 

BLADES (July 15, 2015) – The Second Annual Recycled Cardboard Boat Regatta – presented by the Delaware Nature Society’s Abbott’s Mill Nature Center, in conjunction with DNREC’s Division of Watershed Stewardship’s Reclaim Our River Program, the Town of Blades and the Nanticoke River Sail & Power Squadron – will cast off on Saturday, Aug. 8 at the Nanticoke River Public Marine Park, 26 N. Market Street, Blades, DE 19973. Sign-in and registration begin at noon, with initial aesthetic judging at 1 p.m. and races starting at 2 p.m.
