Christopher J. Barry Pleads Guilty to Aggravated Sexual Assault with a Child Under Age 13

WOODBURY NJ JUNE 29, 2015–Christopher J. Barry (DOB 4/8/59), of Gibbstown NJ pleaded guilty today (6/29) to a one-count accusation of aggravated sexual assault, acknowledging he had oral sex with a child under age 13 on dates between 11/6/14 and 12/9/14.

 By entering a guilty plea to an accusation, Barry waived his right to have charges presented to a Gloucester County grand jury, which would consider whether to indict him and hold him for trial.

CNB Medical News: Compassionate Sciences Inc. Issued Permit to Cultivate Medicinal Marijuana

5th ATC, Second in Southern Region Permitted to Grow

BELLMAWR NJ–The New Jersey Department of Health today issued a permit to Compassionate Sciences, Inc. in Bellmawr Boro, Camden County to begin growing medicinal marijuana. 

The permit was issued after a comprehensive review including several site inspections, background checks of its corporate officers and a review of its security operations and cultivation facility. This is the fifth Alternative Treatment Center (ATC) given a permit to cultivate medicinal marijuana by the Department.
