GLOUCESTER CITY NJ July 31, 2009 (CNBNews.net) PHOTO of flooding at Broadway & Market St at 5:04pm today. The heavy rains that came through the area left some parts of the City underwater. Some communities in South Jersey got three inches of rain in 24 minutes according to the weather station.
