Donna Dzienisewski Sentenced to 3 Years in Prison for Submitting False Healthcare Claims

\"\"TRENTON – Acting Attorney General John Hoffman and the Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor (OIFP) announced that a Monmouth County woman received a three-year state prison term for submitting fraudulent healthcare claims that totaled more than $500,000 to her insurer over a two-year span.

Donna Dzienisewski, 41, of Middletown, was sentenced by Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Anthony J. Mellaci Jr. She pleaded guilty in October to second-degree health care claims fraud.

Dzienisewski admitted that between March 18, 2011 and March 12, 2013, she submitted 107 claims to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey that gave the false impression that she incurred approximately $502,740 in total reimbursable expenses for health care services. Dzienisewski never actually visited the doctor on 101 of those occasions and incurred no medical expenses at all on those occasions. She incurred

CNB CRIME: Ronald A. Buggenhagen, fined for multiple wild turkey hunting violations

  

DOVER Delaware, May 1, 2015 (CNBNews.net) – Following an investigation, DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife Enforcement Natural Resources Police officers arrested a Sussex County man April 27 on multiple charges related to illegal wild turkey hunting practices.

Ronald A. Buggenhagen, 74, of Frankford, was charged with two counts of taking over-the-limit of wild turkeys and two counts of failing to check a wild turkey; and one count each of hunting wild turkeys over a baited area, unlawful possession of wild birds (turkeys) and unlawful possession of wild birds (raptor parts without a permit).

CNB Hunting/Fishing Delaware :Waterfowl and 2016 Trout Stamp winners announced

 

DOVER (April 29, 2015) – The results are in, and two artists have won top honors in the state’s sporting stamp art contests. A painting of green-winged teal with a yellow Labrador retriever by Deanne \”Dee Dee\” Murry of Centralia, Wash., will grace the 2016/17 Delaware Waterfowl Stamp, and a painting of a brown trout by Nicholas Markell of Hugo, Minn., will become the face of the 2016 Delaware Trout Stamp.

Final MAAC Series Saturday and Sunday

LAWRENCEVILLE—The Rider University softball team wraps up the 2015 regular season when the Broncs host Niagara University on Saturday and Canisius College on Sunday in a pair of Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference doubleheaders.

Saturday will begin at 1pm and Sunday is a noon start.

Saturday will be Cancer Awareness Day at Herb and Joan Young Field with the team raising donations to defer medical expenses for the family of former Bronc softball player Courtney (Weed) Lawrence and her husband Tom who is in remission after battling Lymphoma. Donations to ‘Team Tom’ and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) will be accepted during the day.
