Trout anglers encouraged to check requirements before fishing

 

DOVER (Feb. 25, 2015) – The Delaware Division of Fish & Wildlife today announced that its spring 2015 downstate trout season will begin Saturday, March 7 with the opening of two downstate ponds stocked with rainbow trout. On that date, Tidbury Pond near Dover in Kent County and Newton Pond outside of Greenwood in Sussex County will open for trout fishing beginning at 7 a.m.

CNB CRIME: GTPD Investigation Finds CDS, Stolen Handgun

Gloucester Township NJ On Saturday, February 21, 2015, the Gloucester Township Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Hampshire Road for a report of a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival, Sgt. Mazzarella #198 with the Operations Response Unit, stopped a vehicle that was fleeing from the scene where a Richard Caruso 2nd was detained for investigation purposes.

Obituary: Josephine Graves of Gloucester City

On February 24, 2015 (nee Farley) of Gloucester City, NJ, age 81. She was the beloved

wife of the late Norman L. Graves, Sr., loving mother of Lenny (Wendy), Norman Jr.,

Steve (Joyce), Bobby (Julie) , and Gary Graves, Terry Mann (Johnny), and Joanne

Schlosser (John). She is also survived by her brother Charles Farley (Peg), 27

grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to meet

Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the ETHERINGTON-CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 700

POWELL ST., GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ. Josephine’s Memorial Service will be held at

8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the request of the family.
