Away from her work, Franki’s passions were caring for her dog, Lukey; going to the beach, Riverwinds, concerts with her friends, camping, skiing, fishing and creating memories with her family and friends.

\"6a00d8341bf7d953ef01a3fcef1127970b-800wi\"Suddenly, on December 20, 2014. Age 60. Of Gloucester City. Cherished son of Rose Hutchinson and the late William Hutchinson. Loving companion of Karin Gulizio. Loving father of Elizabeth Hutchinson (Rocco), Kathryn Rimositis (John), Marc Gulizio and Victoria Caruso. Cherished grandfather of Jane Hutchinson, David Rimositis, Simon Cristinzio and Gemma Cristinzio. Dear brother of Maryanne Stewart (Tom), Barbara Kell (Bob) and Eileen Harris (Steven). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

 

Marty was a graduate of Gloucester City High School class of 1972 and Rutgers Camden class of 1977. He was a senior security officer at Holt Gloucester City Terminal and worked there since 1996.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Tuesday morning from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Catholic funeral service 12 Noon in the funeral home. Interment will be private.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Msgr. Lucitt’s Needy Children’s Fund: P.O. Box 87, Gloucester City, NJ 08030. In the memo, please write: Martin J. Hutchinson.

Heroin and Cocaine Shipped via US Postal Service Sold in Monmouth and Ocean Counties

TRENTON, N.J. – Two members of a large-scale drug trafficking organization have admitted conspiring to distribute hundreds of grams of heroin throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced. 

Valerie Resendes, 27, of Beachwood, New Jersey, and Rashawn Ramos, 37, of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, both pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Peter G. Sheridan in Trenton federal court. Resendes pleaded guilty today to an information charging her with one count of conspiring to distribute heroin. On Dec. 16, 2014, Ramos pleaded guilty to an information charging him with one count of conspiring to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin and 500 grams or more of cocaine.

Gloucester City Mayor and Council passed a resolution last night naming \"Archives_kesako\"
Jack Lipsett as the new administrator for the City. Lipsett will receive an annual salary of $95,000. He is presently the administrator of 
Washington Township in Gloucester County. Lipsett will begin his job with the City on January 5, 2009.

He replaces Paul Kain, who was being paid the same salary for that position along with holding down the job of municipal clerk. Kain, who has tenure as the municipal clerk, will continue in that position at an annual salary of $65,000.

Mayor Bill James said he will release further information on the appointment later today.

According to information found on the Internet, Lipsett has held the position of Washington Township Business Administrator since 2007. Prior to then he worked for Woolwich Township, where he held the position of Township Administrator since 2006. 

Before Woolwich Township, Lipsett was the Township Clerk/Administrator for Southampton Township in Burlington County (June 2000- Sept. 2006). Lipsett has also previously held the position of Business Administrator in Mt. Holly (Aug. 1999- June 2000). 

Lipsett holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Widener University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University. He makes his home in Cherry Hill with his wife and two daughters.
