24 drug dealers charged in Armstrong and Clarion counties

HARRISBURG – Twenty-four suspected drug dealers selling mostly heroin today were charged by state narcotics agents following a street-level sweep that brought together more than a dozen law enforcement agencies to fight heroin trafficking in Armstrong and Clarion counties.  

Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane said the charges are the culmination of a seven-month investigation conducted by her office, Armstrong District Attorney Scott Andreassi and Clarion District Attorney Mark Aaron, which resulted in the seizure of 200 bricks or 10,000 bags of heroin worth $80,000.

Milton Miller IV Off to Prison for Robbery; Used Baseball Bat as a Weapon

WOODBURY NJ– Milton E. Miller IV, of Woodbury NJ, who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery of a Woodbury man at the victim’s apartment on 7/23/14 using a baseball bat as a weapon, was sentenced today (12/12) to five years in New Jersey state prison.

The sentence requires Miller to serve 85 percent of the prison term before he can be considered for parole, Superior Court Judge Kevin T. Smith said, noting that the defendant seemed to have learned little from a long history of criminal offenses.
