DOVER (Nov. 26, 2014) – DNREC’s Division of Fish & Wildlife reminds hunters that a variety of game is in season from now until February, and to be aware of other hunters carrying diverse firearms and other weapons and seeking different game animals. Small game hunters, squirrel hunters in particular, should know that they may find themselves sharing their hunting spots with camouflaged archery deer hunters in tree stands.

ARLINGTON, Texas — The Eagles didn\’t win anything during their Thanksgiving showdown with the divisional rival Dallas Cowboys aside from just one football game, but it certainly felt like a lot more. From start to finish, the Eagles dominated the Cowboys and took control of first place in the NFC East with a 33-10 win. IIf there were doubts about the team\’s ability to go on the road and beat a good opponent — doubts that were inflamed two weeks ago in Green Bay — those were calmed a bit by the casual way Dallas was dispatched.

How was the first year of New Jersey\’s new teacher evaluation system? Depends on whom you ask
There\’s hardly consensus as to how well New Jersey\’s teacher evaluation system worked in its first year — and no more agreement about how the second year will stack up. The state Department of Education last week released a mostly positive report on the initial year of the system as dictated under the TEACHNJ tenure reform law, citing some challenges but praising the progress in meeting requirements for additional observations and goal setting for teachers.
But the state\’s leading education groups have since chimed in with a more critical view.
