Bail stands in guns for heroin case
WOODBURY NJ (November 14, 2014)–Kyle Still (DOB 3/12/85) was denied a reduction in his $50,000 bail today by a judge who said charges that the Gibbstown NJ man had sold his father’s guns for heroin in Camden NJ is a \”very serious\” example of how weapons are illegally obtained.
\”If you’re wondering how weapons get into the hands of criminals, this is exactly it,\” Superior Court Judge Kevin T. Smith said. \”I view this with a good deal of seriousness.\”

DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife seeks reports from public
to bolster annual statewide bald eagle survey
DOVER (Nov. 13, 2014) – Each year, the Delaware Division of Fish & Wildlife conducts a statewide aerial survey to monitor Delaware’s bald eagle population. By conducting surveys from February through May, wildlife biologists identify resident bald eagle territories and examine them for active nesting and productivity. As in recent years, the Division is again requesting that Delawareans report bald eagle sightings to help identify new nests and to give better focus to these aerial surveys.

DENVER (CN) – TV personality Nancy Grace defamed a man by claiming he left \”a textbook serial killer\’s calling card\” at a woman\’s home, though he was nowhere near the place, the man claims in court.
Benjamin Seibert sued Nancy Grace, Turner Broadcasting Systems and Crime Stoppers, on Monday in Denver County Court. He seeks punitive damages for defamation, privacy invasion and outrage.
Grace is known for her appearances on cable TV as a legal expert and for her show \”Nancy Grace\” on Turner Broadcasting\’s Headline News Channel.
Seibert claims that Grace defamed him on the air after a January incident that led police to suspect for two days that he may have broken into a woman\’s home.
\”On January 29, 2014, a mother in Denver put her children to bed and returned to her kitchen. There she found a picture of an unidentified man on her cell phone. She assumed that the picture was a \’selfie\’ taken by an intruder and called police,\” the complaint states.

At the end of the long walks from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full.
For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water.
Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments.
But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it could only do half of what it had been made to do.
After two years of what it perceived to be bitter failure, it spoke to the woman one day by the stream. \’I am ashamed of myself, because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house.\’
The old woman smiled, \’Did you notice that there are flowers on your side of the path, but not on the other pot\’s side?\’
\’That\’s because I have always known about your flaw, so I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back, you water them.\’
For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house.\’
Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it\’s the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You\’ve just got to take each person for what they are and look for the good in them.
