Thomas E. Johnson (DOB 3/8/63) of 440 Virgin Island Drive, Williamstown NJ has been arrested in connection with the death of 42-year-old Mario Cincerella, of 303 Clinton Ave., Williamstown after a fight Monday night (7/29) in which it is alleged Johnson punched and kicked the victim, causing head injuries.

The altercation, believed to be over an unpaid debt, occurred outside the Williamstown VFW hall, 26 Sicklerville Rd. A friend of the victim found Cincerella unconscious outside the hall at 9:49p.m. and called police. Johnson and Cincerella were members of a billiards league that met at the hall.
