First of all, along with The Scottsboro Boys, Rogue Machine’s world premiere of One Night in Miami… is $\"Unknown\"$ simply among the best plays I’ve seen in years. Ironically, both productions are based on real events involving world historical African Americans. Indeed, regarding the current wave of Black-themed plays, a member of the Miami crew quipped at an opening night after party, \”it’s not even February!\” (This wisecrack, of course, refers to Black History Month, when African American works are often highlighted — or ghettoized, depending on your P.O.V.)

OMAHA, Neb. – Oregon State used a seven-run fourth inning to break open the game against mistake-prone Louisville and the Beavers stayed alive in the College World Series with an 11-4 victory on Monday.

The No. 3 national seed Beavers (51-12) play another elimination game Wednesday against Mississippi State or Indiana. The Cardinals (51-14) committed four errors against the Beavers and 13 in their last six games.

On June 15, 2013, lifelong resident of Gloucester City, NJ, age 82 years. She is the beloved companion of Joseph B. Gross, loving mother of Caroline Burkhardt, Terry Williams (John) and the late John E., and Joseph J. Harrison, cherished grandmother of John, Nicole, Richie, Charles, Tracy and the late Michelle and Mandy, and great grandmother to 11 great grandchildren.

She is also the dear sister of Mary Barrett and Darlene Burkhardt. Mrs. Harrison loved camping, crabbing and going to the Casino’s.

Relatives and friends are invited to meet Thursday morning from 9:00 to 11:00am at the ETHERINGTON-CRERAN FUNERAL HOME 700 Powell Street, Gloucester City. Funeral Services will be held 11:00am at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

ARDMORE, Pa.

LaRue Temple has caddied for the likes Dr. J, Mike Quick, Samuel L. Jackson, Greg Maddux and John Smoltz.

But it took a 19-year-old from California to make him the famous one.

Amateur Michael Kimcharged up the leaderboard Saturday at the US Open, at one point climbing to within two shots of the lead after a birdie at No. 15, and rewarded the longtime Merion club caddie with plenty of face time on television and in front of his hometown crowd.
