Gloucester City Planning/Zoning Board OKs Upgrade For PSE&G

Following the conclusion of testimony had begun in November, the Gloucester City Planning/Zoning Board voted to approve an application submitted by PSE&G to upgrade the Gloucester switching station to accommodate more power.

Representing Attorney Robert Bucknam, Jr., of Archer and Greiner, presented the application, which requested variances for the height of certain structures, in addition to site plan approval and waivers of certain development standards, as the site is not open to the public.

NRA Representatives Disappointed with Today\’s Meeting in D.C.

JANUARY 10-Fairfax, Va. – The National Rifle Association of America is made up of over 4 million moms and dads, daughters and sons, who are involved in the national conversation about how to prevent a tragedy like Newtown from ever happening again. Taco Bell, Retail Space To Replace Longtime Mount Ephraim Eyesore

The Mount Ephraim Planning Board approved preliminary and final site plans for a Taco Bell restaurant and retail space to be built at 710 N. Black Horse Pike.

It will replace a gaudy strip club since the mid-1970s known as Fantasy Showbar, and more recently Jersey Girls.

Board members heard a presentation from Winterstar Corp. representative Damien Del Duca, Esq., who outlined the site plans which include demolishing the existing structure and building a Taco Bell drive-through with attached retail space.
