The Council for Citizens Against Government Waste (CCAGW) and the National Taxpayers Union (NTU) have released the second in a series of videos alerting Americans to the costs of the Dairy Market Stabilization Program (DMSP). This misguided provision, which is included in the Farm Bill currently under consideration in Congress, would raise the price that Americans pay at the grocery counter for milk and dairy products, like cheese, yogurt, and ice cream, by penalizing farmers for exceeding government-established milk production \”quotas.\”
