NJ Residents Encouraged to Visit a Market, Buy Jersey Fresh Produce

(WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP) – New Jersey Secretary of Agriculture Douglas H. Fisher and Patricia Dombroski, USDA Food and Nutrition Service Mid-Atlantic Regional Administrator called on Garden State residents and visitors to enjoy Jersey Fresh produce from one of the state’s 153 community farmers markets during Farmers Market Week August 5-11 and throughout the state’s growing season.

(Logan Twp., Gloucester Count, NJ) – The DREAM Park in Logan Township, Gloucester County, NJ will host more than 20 Mustangs that began training in April to prepare for the Extreme Mustang Makeover August 10-12, 2012. Trainers have approximately 90 days to gentle the horse and train it to be ridden for the competition.
