Program First Introduced By Gloucester County Freeholders In June

Now Expanded From Nursing to Liberal Studies

Deptford, NJ, Oct. 4, 2011 – Thanks to a new partnership spearheaded by Gloucester County Freeholders, students enrolled in Gloucester County College (GCC) to pursue an associate degree can now be simultaneously enrolled in Rowan University to earn a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies.

As a New Jersey resident and taxpayer, I am tired of Gov. Chris Christie’s disrespectful comments directed toward the Senate and Legislature. This state is facing high property taxes and other financial difficulties, job loss and high unemployment, displaced families due to Hurricane Irene, and a declining housing market. During times of hardship, such as these, people look for leadership to provide comfort and relief.

(11/P122) TRENTON * To further protect the 1,250 acres of wetlands and additional 1,700 acres of publicly owned uplands to the Hamilton-Trenton-Bordentown Marsh, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has entered into a Cooperating Stewardship Agreement Plan with eight agencies to enhance protection and preservation of the marsh.
