Car plows into Bellmawr Apt., family inside | 6abc.com

\"Florida It happened just after 6:15pm at the Bellmawr Manor Apartments at 1020 Kings Highway.

The Bollinger family was in a back bedroom watching TV, when an unwelcomed guest came crashing through their front door; a man in an older model Lexus.

\”And all of a sudden, we hear like a crazy thunder and next thing you know I ran out in my living room, and there\’s a car in my living room, smoking and it\’s still going and it was just nuts,\” said Rich Bollinger.

Bollinger says he, his wife Ashley and their 2 year old son were not injured, but they were unable to get out of the house through the front door because of the car. They had to escape through a window.

\”And my son\’s down at his grandma\’s like in shock right now,\” said Bollinger.

The driver of the vehicle, a man in his 40\’s, was being treated for bumps and bruises.

Police think he may have suffered a seizure and may have a history of them.
