May Johnson, of Gloucester City, GHS Alumni Class of \’73, Active in Women\’s Pool League
On November 22, 2010. (nee Hultgren). Born on June 29, 1955, with much sadness we have lost our sister, aunt and friend. After a long period of suffering from CIDP, May has left us for a better place. We, who loved her dearly will never forget what a good person she was. She was a lifelong resident of Gloucester City and graduated from Gloucester City High School in 1973. Before being forced into disability retirement, May worked as a Billing Administrator for several doctors. She was a member of the Gloucester City Women’s Pool League for many years and was a great player. May loved the slots in Atlantic City and was a Sixers and Phillies Fan.
The family thanks her main caregivers: her sister Cass and niece Donna for all the care and time they spent with May. Also, an extended thank you to her \”Best Friend\” Loretta Turner. We would also like to acknowledge the great amount of time and help Lighthouse Hospice gave to May. Without this help it would have been impossible to have her at home.
