Jessie is predeceased by 8 loving brothers and sisters and is survived by many nieces and nephews. It has been with the loving help of her caregivers and Lighthouse Hospice for the last few years that she has been able to stay at home until very recently. She was an avid Eagles Fan! WBCA Launches Career Center as Part of New Website


ATLANTA –The Women\’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) is proud to announce the start of its new Career Center on www.wbca.org. The WBCA launched its new website in late July and is pleased to now offer a Career Center, powered by career services leader JobTarget which allows job seekers and employers in the women’s basketball industry to connect.

\”We are very excited to now offer our membership and the women’s basketball community the opportunity to get all of the latest job information right here on www.wbca.org,\” said WBCA CEO Beth Bass. \”The Career Center will be an excellent source for career development as well as provide advancement for women’s basketball professionals.\”

Hunting and Fishing News: Oyster Task Force Issues Funding Challenge

 
VINELAND, N.J. — The Partnership for the Delaware Estuary has issued a challenge for would-be sponsors to help fund the continued restoration of Delaware Bay oysters. This call to action came during the Rotary Club of Vineland New Jersey’s weekly luncheon at the Ramada of Vineland on Tuesday.

Jennifer Adkins, executive director of the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, pledged $50,000 to the bi-state program if others would commit the additional $150,000 needed by April. Joining her were two fellow members of the Delaware Bay Oyster Restoration Task Force: Dr. Eric Powell, director of Rutgers University’s Haskin Shellfish Research Laboratory, and Robert Tudor, deputy executive director of the Delaware River Basin Commission.
