The Gloucester City News dated 4-30-2009 reports \”In regards to Gonzalez and Countryman, their suits against the city were dismissed and no records were supplied to anyone.\”

The statement is incorrect. The facts in the Gonzales matter are as follows;

A request was made to review a copy of Mr. Kain\’s leave usage for calendar year 2007.
The request was denied and I appealed to the GRC for assistance to acquire the information. The city and I entered into mediation with Ms. Fran Snyder as mediator.
