Here is a close up of the awesome hawk that was spotted across the street from my house on a recent Friday afternoon. It is very rare to see this type of animal in residential areas such as ours, but Mount Ephraim Public Works employee\’s (whose garage is just down the street) say that they believe there is more then one hawk that might have found a temporary home in this area. They believe they have seen more then one over the past couple of weeks lingering in the area.
