Bally’s Atlantic City’s Park Place Prime Unveils New Fall Harvest Menus

Diners may indulge in one of two curated experiences: a three-course menu priced at $55 per person or an elevated option priced at $75 per person, each featuring seasonal flavors and Park Place Prime’s signature flair.

The $55 Fall Harvest menu begins with a choice of mozzarella arancini made with crispy risotto, truffle crema and shaved parmesan; or a classic Caesar salad featuring hearts of romaine, crispy capers, pecorino romano, grana padano, white anchovy and brioche croutons. Entrée selections include steak frites, a seven-ounce wood-grilled New York strip accompanied by truffle fries and chimichurri; roasted chicken served with rosemary jus lié, grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes; salmon Milanese with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal greens, lemon vinaigrette, saffron aioli and aged balsamic; or the Park Place Prime Burger, a 10-ounce wagyu beef patty topped with caramelized onions, Gruyère, truffle butter and on a brioche bun, served with garlic fries.

The $75 menu offers elevated selections across the three courses, beginning with the choice of shrimp cocktail with roasted black peppercorn and house mustard; Korean wagyu meatballs glazed in spicy bulgogi and topped with crispy vermicelli; or the signature Caesar salad. For the main course, guests may choose from slow-roasted prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes, horseradish cream and au jus; wood-grilled filet mignon accompanied by roasted garlic butter and garlic mashed potatoes, with the option to add a Maine lobster tail for $65; Chilean sea bass paired with baby bok choy, sushi rice and Asian ginger-soy black bean sauce; or a crab cake with grilled corn, edamame, chipotle aioli and sautéed spinach.

To finish on a sweet note, both menus offer a choice of triple chocolate fudge cake with chocolate sponge and ganache; or the signature Park Place Prime cheesecake topped with a seasonal berry gastrique.

Guest can pair their meals with handcrafted cocktails, with standouts including the Prime Manhattan, made with Michter’s Rye, Wild Turkey Longbranch Bourbon, house vermouth, black walnut bitters and orange bitters, priced at $18; blueberry lemon drop, a combination of Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka, Cointreau, local blueberries, lavender and lemon, priced at $16; the Premier Negroni, with featuring Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Murcian lemon gin, Campari, Carpano Antica Formula vermouth and orange, priced at $17; and more. Signature old fashioneds are also available, such as The Field, with wagyu-washed Woodford Reserve Rye, koji and angostura bitters, priced at $20; and The Smokehouse, a smoked old fashioned with Russell’s Reserve single barrel rye, hickory-smoked vanilla, angostura bitters and orange oil, priced at $28; among others.
