There will be a special, first time ever event along the waterfront this fall – an Art Festival.
The Gloucester City Cultural Arts and Heritage Society is planning its first annual Art Festival Saturday, September 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Proprietor’s Park.
The group met August 9 at Troxie\’s Chicken and Pizza on Broadway to set down ideas, and will have a follow-up meeting Wednesday, September 23, at Heavy’s on the Harbor, Jersey Avenue, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
